First of all, you have to remove the slimy covering of Papaya seeds by rubbing and rolling seeds on your hands. Then wash it. Now you have raw seeds. Those seeds can be dried by the natural sun until it becomes free of moisture. Now you can grind those dried seeds and have a powder-like pepper. You can use this powder as a replacement for pepper. Dried seeds can use for seasoning also.
